15-Day Return/Exchange Policy
We offer a 15-day return/exchange policy from the day you receive your order. All returns or exchanges must be sent back in factory condition with original packaging and accessories. If you received free shipping, we would deduct our actual shipping costs from a refund. Customers will need to purchase their own return shipping and PayPal fees.
Restocking Fees
For most returns, we don’t have a restocking fee. If your returned item is in like-new condition, we will waive the fee if you opt for an exchange. If your return is missing accessories, packaging, or damage, we may charge a restocking fee of 10% or more.
